Prior to 1993, Alan Blair was instrumental in establishing one of the biggest contact centres in the UK for a national direct selling organisation. Alan recognised the benefits this type of resource could offer to organisations that did not have the capacity, resource or specialist personnel to establish their own facility - and consequently, Abtel was established.
Since then we have grown both organically and through acquisition and have established an enviable reputation for providing added value and exceeding clients’ expectations whenever possible.
Many organisations, irrespective of size, benefit from having our specialist marketing teams "on tap", eliminating the training, motivation, management and expensive IT infrastructure costs an in-house resource would require.
