Abtel was established in 1993 to deliver a professional telephone based marketing function that could be used to extend, supplement, and even substitute our clients’ in-house resource. We have:

In November 2000 we moved from our centrally located offices in Dunfermline to our larger, purpose built contact centre, just a stone’s throw away from the famous Forth Road & Rail Bridges.
Around the same time, Abtel attained Investors In People (IIP) recognition. In January 2002 Abtel purchased Replyline, a leading web-enabled customer contact centre based in Edinburgh.
